What CTO means
A community takeover (CTO) happens when a token's original developer abandons it and the holders take over everything the developer was supposed to do: the website, the socials, the listings, the marketing and the direction. For $SI the CTO formed after the dev sold early. There is no team allocation and no dev wallet waiting to sell. The token's mint and freeze authorities are revoked, so no one, including the CTO, can mint new $SI or freeze anyone's tokens.
