Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using sicto.io (the "site") you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site is
sicto.io is an informational community website about Super Intelligence ($SI), a meme token on the Solana blockchain. It is run by the $SI community takeover (CTO). The site is not an exchange, broker, custodian, wallet, investment adviser or financial institution, and it does not hold, control or transmit anyone's funds.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use crypto-asset services where you live. You are responsible for following the laws, regulations and sanctions rules that apply to you. Do not use the site where doing so is prohibited.
No financial advice
Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. Community goals such as the $500M market cap target are aspirations, not forecasts or promises. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making decisions.
Swaps and third-party services
The swap panel is provided by Jupiter and runs between your wallet and the Solana blockchain. We do not execute, route, approve or guarantee any trade, and we do not control fees, prices, slippage or failed transactions. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. Links and embedded tools from DexScreener, Jupiter, pump.fun, Solscan, Birdeye, GeckoTerminal, OTC and others are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.
Market data and content
Prices, market cap, holder counts, reward statistics and news headlines come from third-party sources and are shown as received. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The lore and history pages are based on public reporting, with sources linked. We may change or remove content at any time.
Holder rewards
Holder rewards are operated by the third-party OTC protocol under its own rules. The SI community does not control, guarantee or administer them. Rewards depend on trading activity and on OTC continuing to operate, and tokenized stock rewards are not shares in the underlying companies.
Risks
Meme tokens are highly speculative and can lose most or all of their value quickly. Risks include extreme price volatility, low liquidity, smart contract and protocol failures, wallet compromise, scams and impersonators, and changes in law or regulation. You accept these risks and are solely responsible for your own decisions and losses.
Acceptable use
When using the site you agree not to:
- attack, overload, probe or disrupt the site or its hosting
- scrape the site in a way that harms its performance
- impersonate the SI community or use the site to run scams or phishing
- use the site for anything unlawful
Intellectual property
The site's design, code and original text are made available by the SI community. You may share links and quote the site with attribution, and you are welcome to make memes with the $SI logo as long as you do not alter it to mislead people. Third-party names, logos and media, including company names in the holder reward rotation and the announcement clip on the Lore page, belong to their owners and appear only for identification, commentary or news context. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

No warranties
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the SI community and the people who maintain the site are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, arising from your use of the site, any third-party service or any transaction.
Indemnity
You agree to hold harmless the SI community and the people who maintain the site from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.
